This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been finally processed; this is the case when the circumstances indicate that the matter has been conclusively clarified and provided that no legal retention obligations oppose this.
**DATA PROCESSING WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING**
According to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. **USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING**
6.1 Subscription to our Email Newsletter
When you sign up for our email newsletter, we regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing additional data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter after you have explicitly confirmed that you agree to receive newsletters. We then send you a confirmation email in which you are asked to confirm by clicking a corresponding link that you want to receive newsletters in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When registering for the newsletter, we store the IP address assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later time. The data collected by us during newsletter registration is used exclusively for the purpose of advertising via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the responsible party named at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this in a way that is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this statement.
6.2 Sending the email newsletter to existing customers
If you provide us with your email address when purchasing
If you have provided us with goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by email, similar to those you have already purchased. For this, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you in accordance with § 7 para. 3 UWG. The data processing is based solely on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, no emails will be sent. You have the right to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by sending a message to the responsible party named at the beginning. Only transmission costs according to the basic tariffs will be charged to you. After receiving your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will be stopped immediately.
**DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER PROCESSING**
7.1 The personal data we collect is passed on to the transport company commissioned with delivery as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of the payment processing, provided this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we expressly inform you about this below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The transfer is made in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.
For the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness. PayPal uses the result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of payment default to decide whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may include probability values (so-called score values). Where score values are included in the credit report result, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data is among the factors included in the calculation of the score values. For further data protection information, including the credit agencies used, please refer to PayPal's privacy policy: [https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full]
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for the contractual payment processing.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the person responsible for data processing.

Clicking the button opens a new browser window and loads the Facebook page where you can interact with the plugins there (possibly after entering your login details).
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
Please refer to Facebook's privacy policy for the purpose and scope of data collection, further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your related rights and privacy settings: [https://www.facebook.com/policy.php]

To enhance the protection of your data when visiting our website, these buttons are not fully integrated as plugins but are only embedded in the page using an HTML link. This integration ensures that when a page of our website containing such buttons is called up, no connection is made to Google+ servers. Clicking the button opens a new browser window and loads the Google+ page where you can interact with the plugins there (possibly after entering your login details).
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

**ONLINE MARKETING**
10.1 DoubleClick by Google
This website
uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").
DoubleClick uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Using a cookie ID, Google tracks which ads are shown in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed repeatedly. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Furthermore, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions related to ad requests. This occurs when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and makes a purchase there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no influence over the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through this tool and therefore inform you according to our knowledge: By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or not logged in, it is possible that the provider obtains and stores your IP address.
If you wish to opt out of this tracking procedure, you can disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com, https://www.google.de/settings/ads. This setting will be deleted if you clear your cookies. Alternatively, you can learn about cookie settings and make adjustments at the Digital Advertising Alliance website www.aboutads.info. Finally, you can configure your browser to notify you about cookie settings and decide individually whether to accept them or to reject cookies either in specific cases or entirely. Please note that rejecting cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

10.2 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, within the framework of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google's AdWords service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertising media (so-called Google AdWords). We can determine the success of individual advertising measures in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. Our goal is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an AdWords ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with conversion tracking. However, they do not receive any information that would allow them to personally identify users. If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser in the user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google AdWords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
At the following internet address, you can find more information about Google's privacy policies: [https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/]

Please note that certain features of this website may not be available or may be limited if you have disabled the use of cookies.
**WEB ANALYTICS SERVICES**
Google (Universal) Analytics
Google Universal Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the truncated IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, which ensures anonymization of the IP address by truncation and excludes direct personal identification. Through this extension, your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting the settings of your browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website fully. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: [Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
Alternatively to the browser plugin or within browsers on mobile devices, please click the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent tracking by Google Analytics on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click this link again): [Google Analytics deaktivieren](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de)
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a User ID. When a page is first accessed, the user is assigned a unique, permanent, and anonymized ID that is set on all devices. This makes it possible to assign interaction data from different devices and sessions to one person. The User ID contains no personal data and does not transmit any to Google.
You can object to data collection and storage across devices at any time with future effect via the User ID. To do this, you must disable Google Analytics on all systems you use, such as in another browser or on your mobile device.
You can
disable this with a browser plugin from Google (Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on). Alternatively, you can click the following link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents data collection by Google Analytics on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again): [Google Analytics deactivate](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de)
More information about Universal Analytics can be found here: [Universal Analytics - Google Analytics Help](https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2838718?hl=de&ref_topic=6010376)
**RETARGETING/REMARKETING/RECOMMENDATION ADVERTISING**
Facebook Custom Audience via the Pixel method
This website uses the "Facebook Pixel" from Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"). With explicit consent, this can track user behavior after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising campaigns.
The data collected is anonymous to us, so it does not allow any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, making it possible to link it to the respective user profile, and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can allow Facebook and its partners to display advertisements on and off Facebook. Furthermore, a cookie may be stored on your computer for these purposes. These processes only take place with your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Consent to the use of the Facebook Pixel may only be given by users who are older than 13 years. If you are younger, please ask your legal guardians for permission.
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
To disable the use of cookies on your computer, you can set your internet browser so that no cookies can be stored on your computer in the future or delete cookies that have already been stored. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Further data processing only takes place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browser history with your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads you view on the web. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data to form audiences.

When contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is collected. Which data is collected when using a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form.
Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above-mentioned responsible party. We store and use the data you provide for contract processing. After the contract has been fully executed or your customer account deleted, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after these periods expire, unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data by us has been reserved, about which we will inform you accordingly below.

PayPal uses the result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of payment default to decide whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may include probability values (so-called score values). Where score values are included in the credit report result, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. For further data protection information, including the credit agencies used, please refer to PayPal's privacy policy: [https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full]
