**Return**
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product arrived.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to improper handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our fault.
**How can I return my order?**
If your order meets the above conditions, you must take the following steps to initiate the return process:
1) Send an email to: info@modetrendhaus.com
2) Make sure the email includes:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer’s first and last name
- Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide the return address.
Never send the return to the sender. We will give you the correct address after your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
The consumer has a right of cancellation under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional:

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund after receiving the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Modetrendhaus) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email). The cancellation is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Note for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.
To ensure the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
